Speakmandarin.com's refund policy is as follows. If you have any questions please contact us at Support@speakmandarin.com
Speakmandarin.com will refund sessions in full should one of the following situations occur:
√ A student cancels their session at least 12 hours prior to its scheduled start time
√ A coach is absent or more than 15 minutes late for a session
√ A coach is unable to attend a booked session due to emergency and after being contacting by customer service the student chooses not to reschedule the session or use a replacement coach
√ A Speakmandarin.com system failure prevents the session from taking place with the exception of uncontrollable factors such as a natural disaster
If for any reason a customer chooses to cease conducting business with Speakmandarin.com, he or she can request a refund for payments made within the last 15 days. Any sessions that have taken place during this period will be deducted as normal original price but not promotional price from the amount refunded to the customer. To request a refund a customer must send an email to Support@speakmandarin.com with his or her username and the email address used to register on Speakmandarin.com. If the customer is eligible for a refund, Speakmandarin.com will notify them of refund approval and process the refund using the method used for payment within 30 days.
